The Rocket Forces continue to check readiness of their troops. In September 2005 it was the Vladimir army, in October 2005 - the Yoshkar-Ola division. Now it is the Novosibirsk division's turn.

The commission checked the division's command, one of its regiments (one of the things tested was operational dispersal of the regiment's mobile missiles), and some other units. The performance was not exactly stellar - only about 60% of the tasks got "excellent" and "good" grades. The Novosibirsk people should not despair, however - Yoshkar-Ola fared no better.
