The Strategic Rocket Forces began an inspection of the 27th Guards Missile Army in Vladimir. As part of the inspection, the army will conduct five-day exercises, which will involve deployment of mobile missiles over their patrol areas (the army has three SS-25/Topol divisions). No real missile launches are expected, though.
