The commander of the Northern Fleet, Nikolay Evmenov, stated that the fleet conducted three SLBM launches in the 2016 academic year - from Yuri Dolgorukiy, Novomoskovsk, and Bryansk. This statement is curious since it appears to omit one launch that we know took place and added one that was not reported at the time.
The 2016 academic year started on December 1, 2015, so the list of launches would probably have to include the December 12, 2015 launch from Verkhoturie. It doesn't. The next two launches are accounted for - the salvo Bulava launch from Yuri Dolgorukiy on September 27, 2016 and October 12, 2016 launch from Novomoskovsk. But there was no report of the Bryansk launch.
In fact, Russia apparently issued NOTAM reports for the period between November 1-11, 2016:

So, the launch appears to have taken place after all. The question is, of course, why the Verkhoturie launch is not on the list, but that appears to be an error.
