U.S. State Department released New START aggregate numbers as of March 1, 2014. According to the release, in March 2014 Russia had 498 deployed launchers and 1512 warheads associated with them. The total number of deployed and non-deployed launchers is reported as 905 906 [UPDATE 07/02/2014: Russia corrected its data]. (U.S. numbers are 778, 1585, and 952 respectively.)
Compared to September 2013 data - 473 launchers with 1400 warheads and 894 total launchers - there is a sizable increase of 25 launchers and 112 warheads.
