The State Department released New START aggregate data for Russia and the United States. As of 1 September 2013, Russia had 473 deployed strategic delivery systems, 1400 accountable operational warheads, and the total of 894 launchers. The U.S. September 2013 numbers are 809, 1688, and 1015 respectively.
In the previous data exchange, reflecting the status of the strategic forces as of 1 March 2013, Russia declared 492 deployed delivery systems, 1480 warheads, and 900 deployed and non-deployed launchers.

I think Russian Strategic Forces have about 311 launchers, and 998 warheads. see this :

The table is based on New START, and your Rocket forces data. I assume, Russian Navy has 48 RSM-50(144 warheads), 48 RSM-54(196 warheads) and Russian Airforce has 55 Tu-95MS (55 warheads), 11 Tu-160 (11 warheads). Pavel, Do you think I'm right almost?
