It looks like the Topol-M production plan for 2006 has been corrected - Strana.ru reports that the Votkinsk plant got an order to produce seven missiles this year. It was previously reported that the 2006 acquisition plan included six new Topol-M missiles. I would not say that Strana.ru is quite a reliable source, but this increase not seem impossible (reminds me the old Soviet tradition of vstrechny plan).

According to the report, three of the new missiles will be road-mobile (deployed with the Teykovo division) and four - silo-based, adding to (but not completing) the fifth Topol-M regiment in Tatishchevo.
