Russia has terminated its agreement with Kazakhstan that allowed it to use the Dnepr early-warning radar at Balkhash node. The radar will be decommissioned and eliminated.

An interesting detail - the agreement included a provision that gave Kazakhstan access to Krokus terminals of the early-warning system.

UPDATE: The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the agreement was formally terminated on 16 December 2023.
