On Thursday, May 8 at 11am Eastern Time (15:00 UTC) I will give a presentation "Modernization of the Russian Strategic Forces" at the Global Security Technical Webinar Series run by the Union of Concerned Scientists and Cornell University (past webinars are very much worth checking).

To join the webinar, follow this link to connect to the GlobalMeet server a few minutes before the start of the webinar. Login as "Guest" by giving your name and email address. You should next see a window with an invitation to connect. Choose "Call My Computer" (small print in the bottom right corner). Once you connect, you'll get the audio and will see the slides. The webinar will take no more than one hour.
