On March 20, 2004 the Cosmos-2383 (27053/2001-057A) reconnaissance satellite reentered atmosphere over the point 36N 22W at 21:54 DMV (18:54 UTC) (see Novosti Kosmonavtiki). The satellite was the last operational satellite of the US-PU (EORSAT) naval reconnaissance and targeting system.
