Bulava test expected

Dmitry Donskoy submarine reportedly left its base with the Bulava missile on board. The flight test of the missile will most likely take place on July 15, 2009. Earlier, the Navy announced the plan to resume Bulava flight tests "after the second half of July". The last test of the missile, in December 2008, was unsuccessful.
