New commander of the 37th Air Army

On May 15, 2007 President of Russia appointed Major-General Pavel Androsov the commander of the 37th Air Army of the Supreme High Command (Strategic) of the Russian Air Force. General Androsov replaced Lt. General Igor Khvorov, who occupied this position since 15 November 2002.
