The site upgrade seems to be over. Or so I hope. There are still a few problems here and there, but I will deal with these later.

The major change is that News and Blog are now one stream. (They were separate for historic reasons - News started earlier and was supposed to be about major changes in the Russian forces.) I hope this will make search and navigation more convenient.
