On 29 April 2022, at 22:56 MSK (19:56 UTC) crews of the Air and Space Forces conducted a successful launch of an Angara 1.2 launcher from the Plesetsk test site.
The satellite delivered into orbit was designated Cosmos-2555. It received international designation 2022-044A and registered by NORAD as object 52330.
Cosmos-2555 was deployed on a circular orbit with altitude of about 300 km, which suggests that it is similar to the Cosmos-2525 EMKA and Cosmos-2551 Razbeg small imaging satellites.
UPDATE: The satellite failed to perform any maneuvers and re-entered on 18 May 2022. Note that Cosmos-2551 was lost as well.
