I just realized that I got the number of military satellites to be launched in 2005 wrong. The Space Forces is planning to place seven satellites into orbit using five launchers. If we assume that one of these is going to be a launch of three Glonass satellites, this leaves four satellites and four launches. This means that contrary to what I suggested in my earlier post, there is no room for a Strela-3 this year - these satellites are launched in pairs.
So far, there was only one military launch in 2005 - the one of a Parus satellite. A Molniya-M launch seems to be planned for June and a launch of a Proton-K at some unspecified time.

Next launch of a Progress may clash with a 11F660 launch in September?
Depends on what you mean by "clash". Do we know that there will be a launch of Yantar in September?
Next Molnija due in October: http://www.interfax.ru/e/B/politics/28.html?id_issue=11337140
It wasn't quite clear exactly what did Popovkin say. He seemed to be just saying that they will fix whatever was the problem by October. It is unlikely that we will see another Molniya-3K satellite. But a launch of a Molniya launcher is quite possible. Maybe even with a new US-KS/Oko satellite. We will see.
One more thing - Popovkin mentioned a new reconnaissance satellite to be launched this year. It may be the 11660 to be launched in September.
