The construction of the early-warning radar in Vorkuta that began in September 2015 has made enough progress to be visible from space. Sean O'Connor located the radar site on a June 2016 Google Earth image. Click on the image above to see the radar on Google Maps.

It is interesting that the new radar is pretty far from the old Daryal site. The distance is about 400 km. it shouldn't matter much for the primary mission, though.
UPDATE 08/15/17: As Alexander pointed out in the comments back in December, the radar in Vorkuta will be a new Voronezh-SM, where SM stands for "centimeter-range." But it appears that the SM radar won't be alone - the site will probably host a Voronezh-VP as well.

I always thought that SM and VP are different kinds of Voronezh. Are they building two there?
I have so understood from this official document that two... And this is first site for the Voronezh-SM which is called in documents.
