The Strategic Rocket Forces have no plans to reduce the number of missile armies or divisions, according to the commander of the service, Sergey Karakayev. Today, RVSN included three missile armies with 12 divisions.

The 12 divisions in question are eleven with combat missiles and one division, in Yur'ya, with the 15P175 Sirena command missile system (which is part of the Perimeter command and control system).
