The Strategic Rocket Forces added a regiment of road-mobile Topol-M missiles to its missile division in Teykovo. News reports do not mention the exact number of missiles involved, but it appears that nine missiles were deployed, bringing the number of road-mobile Topol-Ms in Teykovo to 15. The Rocket Forces confirmed the plan to bring the total number of Topol-M missiles to 65 by the end of this year. This means that two silo-based Topol-Ms will be deployed in Tatishchevo in the remaining days of 2008.

As far as I followed your great informations, there are still 9 "Topol" (SS-25 SICKLE) and now obviously 15 "Topol-M" (SS-27) road-mobile systems at Teykovo.
Usually they are deployed in groups of 9 at one location.
Does it mean that there are now 9 (SS-25) plus 9 (SS-27) plus 6 (SS-27) at three sites ?
On GE the site at 56°55'59.61"N 40°32'39.26"E seems to be under construction with 6 garages ready at the time of the picture.

I think from news in Teykovo were deployed only three Topol-Ms. It was completed regiment. I think its here today nine Topol-Ms. Can it be?

something tells me that you are mistaken ;-)
And this "something" is? I don't see how 18 missiles in Teykovo could be reconciled with 65 Topol-Ms by the end of the year (especially taking into account that there were 48 Topol-Ms in Tatishchevo).
