Grani.ru, a Russian Internet publication, quotes a source in the Navy as saying that the last flight test of the Bulava missile was not an unqualified success, as it was announced at the time of the test. According to the source, only two of the three warheads reached Kamchatka, missing their targets by 30-40 kilometers. No independent confirmation of that information is available, but Grani.ru is usually a reliable source on these issues. [UPDATE: Or is it? See the discussion in comments.]

UPDATE 09/04/07: Yuri Solomonov in his interview insisted that all warheads reached "their designated areas".
