Russian government submitted to the Duma the Facility Agreement with CTBTO, which was signed in Vienna on 22 March 2005 (Russia ratified the treaty in 2000). Here is the list of facilities on Russian territory that will be part of the International Monitoring system - six primary and thirteen auxiliary seismic stations, four infrasound stations, and a radiounuclide laboratory with eight stations. According to the report in the VPK newspaper, all key Duma committees approved the agreement, so we can expect ratification some time in March.
