On October 9 the Zvezdochka plant in Severodvinsk will formally hand over a launch table of the Angara launch complex to representatives of the Khrunichev Center. The Center is the primary contractor for the launch complex, which is being constructed in Plesetsk. The launch table was reported to be a 14 by 14 by 5 meters structure that weighs 1185 tonnes.

This launch complex will be able to launch just ligth Angaras, or it is also able to launch medium and heavy configurations?
It's a good question. As far as I understand, it will be able to handle all launches, including heavy ones.
