Russia wants to terminate the agreement that was supposed to provide it with information from the two Dnepr early-warning radars in Ukraine - in Mukachevo and Sevastopol. According to the current arrangement, the radars are operated by Ukraine, which sends the information to the Russian early-warning and space surveillance systems. Or is supposed to send - the Russian military have complained that the flow of information is not reliable, interrupted by noise in Sevastopol and by power outages in Mukachevo.
