I think its safe to say we can expect a complete review of the size and composition of Russia's ICBM and (to a lesser extent) SLBM force. I would guess that at minimum we will see a freeze in the reduction of absolute numbers of both launchers and warheads. ABM system placement in former Soviet and Warsaw pact republics looks to be unstoppable now due to the Ukraine situation. The false (and utterly ridiculous) pretense about defense against Iranian nukes can now be dispensed with. In any case, I believe this crisis will see the most significant shift in Russian strategic nuclear forces since the end of the Cold War.
