The 27th Missile Army (Vladimir) is reported to conduct an exercise, which involves operational deployment of some of its Topol/SS-25 mobile missiles. It is not immediately clear which missile divisions take part in the exercise, but it is reported that the 14th Missile Division (Yoshkar-Ola) will carry out launch simulations.
