This seems to be the first time the Russian military stated clearly that the UR-100NUTTH missiles brought from Ukraine will be eventually deployed as part of the operational force. General Nikolay Solovtsov, the commander of the Strategic Rocket Forces, said that these missiles, which were brought from Ukraine, where they were stored without fuel, will be able to stay in service until 2020-2030.

I wonder whether using the unfueled UR-100NUTTH from Ukrainia for deployment as operational vehicles will eventuelly cut the supply of Rokot Launch vehicles for satellite launches.
As far as I know, the Eurockot company uses them to sell commercial launch services. Can anybody confirm this "competition" between military and commercial use?
