Russian-Indian nuclear cooperation and NSG

A good overview of the status of the Russian-Indian nuclear cooperation - Eager to Increase Nuclear Exports, Russia Awaits Nuclear Suppliers Group Exemption for India, by Anya Loukianova of the Monterey Institute James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.

The bottom line is that just like France and the U.K.,  Russia is hoping that the U.S.-India nuclear agreement will eventually lead to an exemption for India from NSG rules that would allow Russia to sell its reactors and services.
